The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. Note for international shipping: Any incurring customs clearance fees that result from the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Made to order clothing: Yes, all sizes from XS to 5XL are made to order, crafted by hand with the same care and attention to detail as custom-fit items.
We recommend using our size chart, which provides body measurements (not garment measurements!). If you have specific fit preferences or unique sizing needs, we also offer custom-fit options for an additional fee. Reach out to us with your questions to ensure the perfect fit.
All our sizes, from XS to 5XL and custom fits, are made-to-order. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks or 6-8 weeks during busier times, with additional shipping time depending on the destination. Due to the bespoke nature of our items and high demand, we cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates, such as birthdays or holidays. We recommend ordering well in advance.

This is a lightweight wrap which was a bit too light for our winters in an old house, though they made that fairly clear, I hadnt realised. When I got it, it was really beautiful, really well made. They took it back and even covered the shipping cost and replaced with with a different one that is heavier. So I can confirm that the quality of workmanship is across all their products. It is a truly beautiful thing. My wife loves it so I may have to keep it under lock and key. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Service, quality, responsiveness, value, workmanship.
