Yes. All of our robes can be made in custom lengths, and we offer alterations to fit your body type. You can also request design changes or fully custom-made pieces—just contact us for more information.
Our standard production time is approximately 4 weeks, as each robe is made to order. If you need your robe sooner, we also offer an express option (7 business days) for an additional fee.
Yes, we ship worldwide from Germany. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. All packages include tracking and are packed securely and carefully.

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery—including for made-to-measure and custom-made items. If your item doesn’t fit or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer alterations, an exchange, or a full refund. Please ensure that the robe is unworn and in its original condition.
